The Hankook Ventus H101 is a performance tyre designed for passenger cars. Hankook used a computer optimised tread pattern to guarantee that the tyre would produce little tread noise and a smooth ride. The symmetric tread pattern also uses cross rotation to ensure that the tyres wear evenly. There are four wide circumferential channels running along the tyre, combined with lateral grooves and shoulder sipes, water is drained out of the tyre, reducing the risk of hydroplaning and increasing traction to wet roads. Using independent tread blocks, traction is increased, providing stability and control in both wet and dry conditions. The Hankook Ventus H101 provides great value for money, with its increased control in the wet and providing an all round comfortable drive.

• A Temperature:
This grade represents the tyre's heat resistance ability, with A as the highest and C as the lowest. Heat build-up causes the rubber to break down faster, which can cause blowouts. The higher the temperature rating, the longer the tyre life and the higher the speed rating.
